The Middle is the first and only customized strategic development experience designed exclusively for managers and senior managers in HR, Talent, Communications, and L&D.
It’s built for the people shaping culture and capability from the inside—while juggling execution, strategy, and their own growth.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll spend 2 hours per week—a 60-minute live virtual cohort session and about an hour of reflection, coaching prep, or real-world application.
You’ll begin with a personal 1:1 coaching session with me to define your goals and context, then join a curated group of peers navigating similar challenges. We’ll wrap with a second 1:1 to reflect, integrate, and plan what’s next.
You’ll also have direct access to support throughout the program—whether it’s questions, feedback, or guidance.

Pricing & Payment:
The cost for The Middle is $1,500 for the full 12-week experience.
That includes two 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly live cohort sessions, and access to personalized support throughout.
